Unless otherwise specified by Taos Trading Post in writing, customers may examine Navajo weavings purchases for up to three (3) days from customer’s receipt of delivery per UPS shipping records; and may place purchased Navajo Indian blankets, rugs, weavings, or replica rugs in return shipment within this three day examination period for refund. Navajo weavings must be unsoiled and free from any damage due to hanging, etc. Refund of Navajo Indian blankets, rugs or replica rugs, will be minus our shipping cost, and the 3 percent fee Taos Trading Post incurred for use of payment services through PayPal. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping insurance at the full purchase price, for any Navajo Indian blankets, rugs or replica rugs to be returned.
If you have not both notified us of the return and placed the rug purchase in return shipment within this 3 day examination period, the sale is final.
Navajo rugs, blankets, weavings and replica rugs
damaged in shipment
Upon delivery receipt, customers should immediately and carefully open their rug shipment, preserving original shipping materials until customer determines that both a.) the item has not been damaged in shipment and b.) the customer is not returning purchased Navajo Indian blankets, rugs, Navajo weavings, or replica rugs. If rug is found damaged from shipment, please retain all packing materials, call us at (575)377-2372, and contact USPS to report damage. Retain original shipping materials; and upon verification with USPS and/or return, we will provide you with a refund.
We recognize the risk of spending considerable sums of money online; therefore, no rug sale is final until you have actually seen the weaving and accepted it. However, based on our experience and the fine quality and individuality of all the Navajo weavings we select, we are convinced you will be absolutely delighted with your unique rug investment.
